When Pastor Dave hosts a trip, his goal is to root Bible stories to their physical setting and bring to life the experiences of real people in real places with a real God. He has led trips to Israel, Greece, Turkey and Egypt exploring the lives of Jesus, the Apostle Paul, Moses and many other Old and New Testament characters. Prior to each trip, Pastor Dave conducts classes that prepare his participants for their journey. The goal is to train them in advance for what they will see, so that their trip is not their first encounter with the story or the setting. “Remember when we talked about…” is a common phrase on the trip.

Splendors of Egypt
This 11-day tour begins with a visit to the Great Pyramids, the Great Sphinx and the Antiquities Museum in Cairo. Then, aboard a river-cruise ship, sail down the Nile River visiting key temples like Kom Ombo, Esna, Karnak and Luxor. After relaxting at Sharm el-Sheikh on the Red Sea, the tour concludes with a trek across the desert to Mount Sinai following the route of the Exodus. Preceded with a class on Egypt in the Bible.
