Over the years I have shared with many of you through teaching, leading Holy Land tours, and working together in ministry. During that time I compiled numerous resources that have served me well and that I have been able to distribute through various means. I decided it might be time to gather these resources in one place and make them conveniently available for use in your own personal growth or ministry roles.
I hope you will take time to browse through and use the materials provided—and return periodically to see what new things have been added.
Site Design
I have had the privilege of teaching classes on many different subjects related to the Bible. Of particular interest are studies that set the biblical narratives in their historical and cultural context. This adds “texture” to the storylines and helps us realize that the Bible is about real people in real places facing real situations with a real God. Some of my most treasured memories are of places I have visited where biblical events took place. There is something about being in the actual locations that bring the stories to life. In this section of the site you can bring back memories of previous trips, or sign up to join me on an upcoming pilgrimage to Israel, Greece, Turkey, or Egypt. Walk in the footsteps of Jesus, Paul and other Old and New Testament characters.

Inspired by my doctoral studies in organizational leadership and my service as an executive pastor, I developed a paradigm with practical exercises for evaluating current ministry and planning future strategy. Interestingly, the same eight parameters that affect an organization apply to one’s personal life. I call this LaMP: Life and Ministry Planning.
